• CQI & PSD DATA MANAGEMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST
• CQI & PSD QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST
• CQI & PSD PATIENT SAFETY SR. SPECIALIST

You must have the following….

Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Clinical Instructor/Nursing Supervisor/ADON/Head Nurses

• Degree in nursing science &  relevant post registration qualifications
• AT LEAST 5 years CURRENT relevant clinical hospital Experience  – NICU 
• Leadership experience with evidence of supervisory capabilities necessary  – NICU 
• 5 years progressive experience which incl. 2 years recent academic exp as Clinical Nurse Educator/Instructor – Instructor  
• Certificate with management skills – Supervisor
• 8 years post grad experience & at least 3 years in supervisory positions – Supervisor
• Masters degree would be advantageous  – ADON
• AT LEAST 12 years post grad experience & experience as ADON necessary – ADON
• AT LEAST 7 years post grad experience in relevant field  – Head Nurse

Data Management/Quality Control/Patient Safety

– Salary based on qualification and experience

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration  – Data Management
• AT LEAST 5 years experience in Data Management & 2 years as Data Management officer/specialist – Data Management
• Desirable: Qualification in Computer Science/Information Management/Accountancy or Engineering IS A HUGE PLUS – Data Management 
• Degree in Health Sciences – Quality Control 
• AT LEAST 5 years Clinical Experience in Acute Health care facility – Patient Safety & Quality Control 
• Total quality Management/Performance improvement experience – Quality Control 
• Clinical Auditing, analysis & interpretation of results/finding experience – Patient Safety & Quality Control 
• Desirable: Certification in HR Management/Healthcare Management. Quality Management/Total Quality Management – Quality Control 
• Degree in Nursing/Medicine – Patient Safety
• Preferable: Certification in occupational health – Patient Safety
• Previous experience in successful accreditation JCIA  – Patient Safety
